Where does Positive Elements Ship to?

We ship almost every where around the world.

Free shipping is offered only to customers in the US.

How much does shipping cost?

We cover the shipping in the US -- so it's free for you.

International rates apply at check out.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?

We cover duties and taxes for shipments to all countries. You will not have to pay additional fees.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days to the US & Mexico although it's often shorter.  International deliveries take 5-9 business days on average. You'll receive a tracking number shortly after placing your order, so you can see exactly when it’s scheduled to arrive. We ship the majority of our orders from our fulfillment warehouse in Florida. 

What is your return policy ?

We want you to always love your Positive Elements items. If you are not happy for any reason, you may return any full-price with in 10 days of receiving the order, if items being returned are unused and in original condition. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer returns on personalized, monogrammed or sale items.

What's the returns process?

US Customers: We offer very simple returns. Email us and we'll send you a return label to use for the return shipment. All returns must be unused and in original condition. Please contact info@shoppositiveelements.com and we will issue you a return label. All refunds will be sent with in 48 hours of receiving the return.

 All International Customers: We offer simple returns. Email us and we'll send you a return label to use for the return shipment. A flat rate of USD $75 will be deducted from your refund per item to cover return shipping, handling and restocking. All returns must be unused and in original condition.

Canadian & Mexican Customers:  A flat rate of USD $40 will be deducted from your refund per item to cover return shipping, handling and restocking.
